A few notes on our price list:

• We require a skin test & colour consultation no less than 48 hours before a new colour appointment.

• A blow dry after your colour service is highly recommended to show off your new look, but not compulsory.

• A toner is usually needed at the end of balayage or highlights. The stylist will advise at the beginning of the service if one is needed.

• New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit over the phone or in person at least 7 days before their first appointment, because late cancellations and no‑shows can result in lost appointment time for our stylists.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Style & Shine, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To accommodate all clients effectively, we kindly request the following:

Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incure a fee of 50% of the service cost, as it may be challenging to fill the slot on short notice.
No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.
Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your service but is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window or in the event of a no-show.
